Yes. Choose a deposit percentage or full payment online, per business, and clients pay through Stripe when they book. Your cancellation policy decides refunds automatically.
Does it work for a salon with several stylists?
Today each BookInnTime business has one calendar, which suits solo stylists and chair renters best. If you need a separate calendar for each stylist, tell us — it shapes what we build next.
Will clients get a reminder?
Every client gets a confirmation email with a calendar invite that alerts them an hour before. SMS reminders are rolling out to Pro businesses, charged at cost.
