    Go to Pro and tap Start free trial. Stripe asks for a card so Pro can carry on if you keep it — nothing is charged today.

  2. Day 27

    We email you a reminder

    Three days before the trial ends you get an email with the date and the price, and a button to keep or cancel.

  3. Day 31

    Then A$9.99 a month

    If you keep it, your first month is charged. Cancelled before then? You pay nothing, and everything free keeps working.

One free trial per business. Cancel from Pro → Manage billing at any point in the month.

Questions people ask

Is the Business plan really free?
Yes. The booking page, services, hours, confirmation emails, calendar invites, online payments, coupon codes and analytics are all free, with no time limit and no card. If that ever changes, existing businesses will be told well before, and nothing starts charging without you choosing it.
How does the 30-day Pro trial work?
Start it from Pro in your dashboard. Stripe takes a card but charges nothing for 30 days. Three days before the end we email you the date and price. Keep it and it becomes A$9.99 a month; cancel before then and you pay nothing. One trial per business.
What happens if I cancel Pro?
Pro stays on until the end of the period you've paid for (or the end of your trial), then the Pro extras switch off. Your bookings, customers, services and coupon codes all stay — you're simply back on the free plan.
Do you take a cut of bookings?
No. When a business connects Stripe, the customer's payment goes straight to that business's own account. Stripe charges its standard card fee on online payments; BookInnTime takes nothing.
How much will SMS reminders cost?
Exactly what each text costs us from the phone networks — usually a few cents — with nothing added. SMS is rolling out to Pro businesses first. Whether it's prepaid credits or pay-as-you-go is still being decided with the businesses who'll use it.
What currency is Pro billed in?
Pro is billed in Australian dollars. Businesses outside Australia pay the same A$9.99, converted by their card provider. Stripe's checkout shows the exact amount before you confirm.
