The easiest sale is to someone who is already booking. Until now a customer could book one service and that was it; if they wanted a beard trim with their fade, or a deep clean on top of a wash, it was a second booking or a conversation at the counter.
How extras work
On the Services tab there's a new card: Extras customers can add. Each extra has a name, a price, optional extra time, a short description, and the services it goes with. A barber might add "Beard trim — 15 minutes, $15" to a skin fade and "Matte clay — $22, no extra time" to every cut. A mobile detailer might add "Deep interior clean — 45 minutes" to a full wash.
Customers see them under Add extras as soon as they pick a service, with a running total. Extra time makes the appointment longer, so the calendar only offers times the longer appointment actually fits — nobody gets squeezed into a gap that's too short. Products with no extra time are offered once more at the last step, the way a shop puts things by the till.
Everywhere it should be
Extras appear on the card checkout, the receipt, every confirmation email, your booking summary and the ready-made WhatsApp messages. Change or remove an extra later and past bookings keep exactly what was booked.
Set your first extras up in a couple of minutes — or ask the AI helper to do it: "add a beard trim for $15, 15 minutes, to my fades".
