Most of the businesses using BookInnTime already talk to their customers on WhatsApp. So instead of making you copy details out of a booking and type them into a chat, the booking now does it for you.
Customers confirm their WhatsApp number when they book
On the booking form there's a new "Message me on WhatsApp" option. The customer says whether it's the mobile they just typed or a different number, sees exactly which number you'll get, and can tap "Check it in WhatsApp" — if it's theirs, WhatsApp opens their own "Message yourself" chat, so a typo shows up straight away. Then they tick to confirm it.
Every booking has its own summary page
Tap any booking in your bookings and you get a clean summary: who, what, when, where, their notes and answers, and what's been paid. Next to it is a WhatsApp box with ready-made messages for that customer — confirm, reminder, Whish or OMT payment details, running late, on my way, a thank-you with a review link — which you can edit before sending.
Tap Open in WhatsApp and your own WhatsApp opens with the message written to that customer. You press send. It comes from your number, so replies come straight to you, and the booking link in the message shows as a little card with your photo.
Honest about the limits
Nothing is sent automatically — that needs WhatsApp's paid business system, and this way costs you nothing. And WhatsApp doesn't tell apps whether you pressed send, so the page shows when you last opened a message rather than claiming it was delivered. If a number turns out to be wrong, fix it on the same page.
